This adhesive comes in 1 gallon buckets that cover approximately 100 square feet. It’s suitable for a variety of flooring surfaces, including vinyl, TPO, carpet, coin flooring, wood, and more. It is marine grade, so it works perfectly for places that come into contact with water, such as docks, boat floors, and more. Note that since this is a water-based adhesive, it will not work when installing flooring on aluminum or fiberglass surfaces. This glue works best when it is soaked into the plywood or other porous substrate and evaporates, creating a tight and secure bond. When installing, it’s recommended to install when temperatures range between 65-75 degrees Fahrenheit. It can be installed outside this range; drying times will vary. It’s best to use a steel roller to push the flooring down and into contact with the adhesive, removing any air pockets or wrinkles, and ensuring everything is secure. Let dry and cure for 24 hours before use.
