Warranty claims are handled in a timely fashion and with the utmost care

FactoryRV strives to provide quality products and the highest satisfaction to our customers. To help with this, do not hesitate to contact us to ask questions or for further clarification on products you may be looking to purchase. We are here to help you make the best decision and ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

Because we strive to provide quality customer service and leave everyone happy, if you feel, for any reasons, unsatisfied or like you want to leave a neutral or negative review, please reach out to us. We would love to learn where we went wrong and how we can improve in the future and offer you a solution that leaves you satisfied.

Warranty

Our limited warranty covers all products sold by us, FactoryRV. By purchasing a product from our site, you have signified that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined here, including what is not covered and all limitations.

We cover items for 30 days from date of sale. This covers manufacturer defects only. After the 30 day warranty period the customer must contact the manufacturer directly with any issues, defects, or manufacturer warranty issues.

We take special care of all items and pay attention to detail as we pack the items for shipment. In the case an item is damaged during shipment, please call us immediately so we can assist you with this issue. We will gladly walk you through the process. What we do not cover with our warranty

  • Damages that are not reported within the 30 day window. When you receive your items, please take the time to inspect them to ensure they are not damaged.
  • Damages or failures that are a result of neglect, accident, wind, rain, water pooling, weather, or other acts of God.
  • Damage from improper installation or deviating from a product’s instructions or recommended use/installation. Please follow the recommended installations as outlined in the manual. Do not modify the product as that will void the warranty.
  • Neglect or abuse stemming from failure to operate, use, and maintain a product in accordance with basic care and any additional care outlined in the manual.
  • We do not cover any cost outside of the purchased item. We do not cover labor costs, installations, removal, or consequential damages, such as damage to surrounding areas or materials, equipment, or property.

Our products are primarily designed for RV use, unless otherwise noted. Take care in utilizing our products in conditions that are not tested for. Improper use or installation in an environment not explicitly covered can void the warranty. This is at our discretion. If you encounter an issue, never hesitate to reach out. We will do our best to come up with a solution to satisfy all parties.

Coverage

All products and coverage of warranty is at our sole discretion. We will handle all claims in a swift and professional manner and will as reasonable a solution that we can make. Replacements under warranty will use new or “like-new” used parts. If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, then a refund may be issued.

You must provide proof of purchase at the time of the warranty claim. We will not accept or move forward without adequate proof of purchase. The claim and proof must come from the original purchaser who purchased the product directly from FactoryRV. We do not extend coverage to parties outside the original consumers. This includes, but is not limited to, friends, family, or third-party purchasers. This warranty covers only you. It is non-transferable.

Dealer Authorization

We do not claim "authorized dealer" status on all of the items we carry. Dealer authorizations we do carry will be listed here.

Air Conditioners - We cover these products for a period from date of sale. This covers manufacturer defects only.

Note on Modifications - The installation of third-party accessories, including soft starts, that are not supplied by FactoryRV and/or not installed by a qualified technician is considered a modification and will void the warranty in full. To maintain coverage on your AC, the soft start must be RecPro branded and installed by a qualified tech.

Appliances - We cover these products for 1 year from date of sale. This covers manufacturer defects only.

Converters - We cover these for a period of 3 years from date of sale. Manufacturers defects only.

Heng’s, Marinco, Shurflo, and Alpha Systems - We only cover new items sold from these brands for a period of 30-days from point of sale. This covers manufacturer defects only. After 30-days the customer must contact the manufacturer directly with any issues, defects, or warranty problems.

Roof Vents - We cover these products for 3 years from date of sale. Manufacturer defects only.

RV Awning Frame - We cover these for 1 year from date of sale. Manufacturer defects only.

RV Awning Replacement Fabric - We cover these products for 5 years from the point of sale. This guarantees the product is free from quality defects (normal wear and fading excluded).

Camper Comfort Furniture - We cover our furniture for 1 year from date of sale. Any damages are covered within this 1 year period and replacement parts will be sent if possible. If a damage is covered by warranty is left to our discretion. Contact us to see if you are eligible for a replacement.

In most cases, we will try our best to resolve warranty issues by sending replacement parts, or in some cases, a full replacement. Replacements will not cost you anything. In the event that the original purchased product is no longer available, we will do our best to provide a suitable replacement with a similar product. If none exist, a refund will be provided.

If you are open to keeping the item with minor cosmetic damage, we can offer a discount for the item. However, this option will void the warranty.

In some cases, you may not be responsible for shipping damages. Please contact us immediately if you see shipping damage has occurred. We strive to package products for safe transport, but once the package leaves the warehouse, its safety is out of our hands. Unfortunately, damage during shipping is always a possibility.

We require photo proof of damage. We will only provide replacements or refunds upon receipt of written and photographed proof of damage.

Damaged products are not always required to be returned before a replacement is sent out. Damaged returns are at the discretion of FactoryRV. There will be minimal to no cost incurred by the customer in the event of damage during shipping. This is decided on a case by case basis. Some circumstances may require a restocking fee, return shipping, or other costs, though we try to minimize these where we can.

If we require a damaged item to be returned, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. In these cases, the item must be returned with that label. Failure to return the item in a timely manner can result in a voided warranty or a hold on the warranty claim and a delay in a replacement being sent.
