Will this material start to peel in 5 years like our current couches do?
Hello!
We have been selling these here for about 5 years now and have had no complaints of them peeling! We used to have a couple office cats here and they climbed all over the damaged set that I take measurements off of for a little over 1 year and they still aren't peeling.

Do you make furniture with micro fiber material

We unfortunately don't have a microfiber material here at our company. Our faux leather is more like a micro suede material, rather than a vinyl faux leather.

In the 58' recliners how wide is the armrest?

Including the cushion on top, the armrests are roughly 7" wide and the seat area is 22".

What size door opening do we need for this to work

What is your company’s return/replaement policy for damage items during shipping like one of your reviews?
If an item is damaged in transit we ask for pictures of the damaged item sent to info@factoryrv.com. Once we get that we can either get a replacement piece sent out, a whole new item sent or a full refund issued.

Our opening for a loveseat/recliner is exactly 60” in the slide out. Will I be able to access the recliner levers if it is perfectly centered in that space?

This should fit perfectly for you in that space! They only require 1" on either side of the unit in order to properly operate the levers.

Do you have a manual option with a pull handle on the inside of the arm cushion

Rv wall sofa. How to get power to it. It will be in my slide-out. If I use manual sofa do I leave room for the recline handles?

If you decide to order a manual model, they do call for at least 1" on either side of the seating to operate the levers for reclining. If you order powered, then there would have to be an outlet near the intended area to plug them into.

RV Wall Hugger Sofa 58" Manual. In the detail measurements it is stated the Love Seat recliner is 41" tall. How ever in the picture measurement it shows 38" tall. Which is correct? We are looking to replace entertainment recliners but need the 41" tall love seat sofa.

The 38" measurement is from the bottom of the seat to the top of the headrest. The 41" measurement that you see, is from the floor to the top of the headrest.

Is the sand color more orange than brown?
